This Legal Notice regulates the use of the subscription services offered on our platform. By signing up for any of our memberships, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Nature of the Subscription Service

The subscriptions available in this store correspond only to educational services and dance class memberships.

• Exclusion of Physical Products: The monthly subscription does not include recurring shipments of clothing, accessories, or any other physical product from our store. Apparel is sold individually and is not subject to monthly payment plans.

• Access to Classes: Payment of the subscription grants you the right to access dance classes (whether virtual or in-person, depending on the selected plan) during the billed period.

2. Billing and Recurring Charges

By registering for a dance membership, you authorize the automatic monthly charge to your selected payment method.

• Billing Frequency: The charge will be made automatically each month, on the same calendar day that you made the initial registration (or the previous/next business day as applicable).

• Data Storage: Your payment data is processed and stored securely through payment providers authorized by Shopify.

3. Cancellation and Renewal Policy

We want you to have complete freedom in your learning process, so you are not bound by mandatory long-term contracts.

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged penalties or additional fees for canceling.

• How to Cancel: You can manage, pause, or unsubscribe from your membership directly from your customer account in our store, or by using the management link you receive in your monthly payment confirmation emails.

• Effectiveness of Cancellation: Once you cancel, you will continue to have access to dance classes until the end of the monthly billing period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the current month.

4. Service and Price Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust membership fees or modify class schedules and formats. Any changes to subscription prices will be notified to you in advance via email before the next automatic charge takes effect, giving you the option to cancel if you do not agree with the new terms.
